Safeguard Mechanism Advisory

The Safeguard Mechanism is the Australian Government’s framework for Australia’s largest emitters to measure, report and manage their emissions.

It does this by encouraging facilities who exceed the safeguard threshold, to keep their emissions at or below baselines set by the Clean Energy Regulator.

KREA Consulting provides advisory services and assurance support to organisations who have facilities liable under the Safeguard Mechanism. This includes liaising with the Australian Government, and preparation of documentation for audit.
